As a commercial real estate broker for the last 17 years, Bob averages $30 million in sales and leasing per year.

On January 1,2002 Bob and Steve Moore purchased Moore and Associates which has been Rochester’s most respected real estate brokerage company for over 35 years. The company was renamed to Moore Corporate Real Estate in 2004.

Achievements:

Bob completed Rochester's single largest brokerage transaction with a 100,000 square foot office lease valued at $33 million for the PAETEC Corporation. Bob has been awarded the "Deal of the Year" award from NYSCAR.
